These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) are entered into between you (“Affiliate”) and Captivating Ambitions LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in our affiliate program (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your participation in promoting Captivating Ambitions products or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes agreement to the updated version.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate your participation at any time, especially for violations of these Terms, misuse of intellectual property, or non-compliance with applicable laws. You will only receive commissions earned prior to termination.

You will receive a unique affiliate link to promote our products. You are responsible for ensuring your registration and payout information is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to modify your affiliate link and notify you accordingly.

You will earn [insert %] commission on qualifying sales. Payouts are issued monthly, provided your account is in good standing. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of payout. Payouts require accurate payment details (e.g., bank or PayPal account).

You may only promote discounts or special offers that are officially announced by Captivating Ambitions LLC. Unauthorized promotions may result in termination.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to use our branding for promotional purposes. You may not alter or misuse our intellectual property or use it in misleading ways. Use of our name, logos, or materials in domains, ads, or metatags without permission is prohibited.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

You agree to comply with all FTC guidelines regarding advertising and endorsements. This includes:

• Clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship in all promotional content.
• Using language such as: “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
• Avoiding misleading or deceptive claims, especially regarding income or results.
• Including earnings disclaimers when referencing financial outcomes.

Failure to comply may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

You may not use deceptive practices, make unapproved income claims, or misrepresent our products. You are solely responsible for your marketing content. We do not permit false advertising or misleading representations.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You must clearly communicate this to customers. Misrepresenting the refund policy may result in termination.

You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by Captivating Ambitions LLC, including customer data, marketing strategies, or internal communications.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Captivating Ambitions LLC from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or intellectual property.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions paid to you in the last 6 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Washington County, PA.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation may be conducted remotely or in Washington County, PA.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
